Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

US orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority mail with tracking and insurance. We do offer expedited services at an additional charge, please reach out to us to discuss other shipping options.

International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International. We do offer expedited services at an additional charge, please reach out to us, to review other service options.

We are not responsible for an incorrect address as entered on your order check out, moving, expired forwarding, or failure to sign for a package on higher value orders.
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

  • All of our products are custom made to order by design, part type and your choice of finish, for this reason they are not returnable and are a Final Sale. We guarantee our parts will bolt right on, without any modifications, providing that the motorcycle has not been modified, i.e. primary cover swap, racing clutch modifications, etc.  If you are unsure about product fitment, please reach out to us for assistance.
  • If the wrong size part was ordered by error, an exchange may be possible, We must be contacted within (5) business days after the order was received. The purchaser would be responsible for the cost of return shipping, along with the cost to reship the correct size. Custom order requested designs are not exchangeable under any circumstances.
  • Exchanged parts must be in "Brand new as received condition" with plastic protective wrap intact, with No damage or scratches of any kind. If part has been installed, the exchange will be refused, and sent back to you. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, along with the cost of re-shipping the replacement part.
  • For any other return approved by us, which is not an exchange, a return authorization # must be requested within 5 business days after the item is received. A return authorization # will be provided to you by email. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, tracking must be emailed to us, once the item has been shipped. A 35% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. The original shipping cost will not be refundable. The return must be "Brand new in as received condition" with plastic protective wrap intact, with No damage or scratches of any kind. If a part has been installed, the exchange will be refused, and sent back to you.
