American Freedom offers a growing collection of Indian-specific derby covers, inserts and engine accents that give riders an alternative to the standard factory appearance.

Our Indian Motorcycle collection includes derby covers, derby cover inserts, cam inserts, horn inserts, V cover inserts and water pump inserts, with different applications available depending on your motorcycle’s model, engine and year. 

Indian Scout Parts

Indian Scout motorcycles use their own cover configurations, so we’ve created dedicated derby cover categories for different generations of the Scout.

We offer Indian Scout Derby Covers for 2015–2024 models, along with a separate collection for 2025 and newer Scout motorcycles. Select the category that corresponds with your model year before choosing your artwork. 

Indian Thunderstroke Parts

For Thunderstroke-powered Indian motorcycles, we offer several ways to customize the engine area.

Available products include Thunderstroke derby covers, derby cover inserts, cam inserts and horn inserts for compatible Indian models. Applications include motorcycles such as the Chief, Chieftain, Roadmaster, Springfield and other compatible Thunderstroke models.

Because Indian changed derby-cover configurations during the Thunderstroke production years, we separate these products by fitment rather than treating every Thunderstroke motorcycle as the same. For example, our 2014–2020 Thunderstroke derby cover uses a two-bolt vertical configuration, while newer applications use a different orientation. 

Indian Challenger & Pursuit Parts

Challenger and Pursuit owners have their own selection of custom components.

In addition to compatible derby covers, we manufacture billet aluminum V cover inserts and water pump inserts for Indian Challenger and Pursuit motorcycles. These smaller engine accents provide additional locations for carrying a custom design throughout the motorcycle. 

Select PowerPlus Chieftain and Roadmaster models are also supported by some of these components, so check the individual product’s fitment guide for your exact motorcycle and model year. 

Build a Coordinated Indian Motorcycle

Many of our designs can be produced on more than one compatible Indian component. Depending on your motorcycle, you can coordinate a derby cover with cam, horn, V cover or water pump accents to carry the same theme into different areas of the bike.
