Placing a special order is simple. Place an order for the custom product you want for your Harley Davidson only. On the product page, you will select the correct bolt patterns, finish, or other information specific to your motorcycle. You will also be required to upload at least one image with your order and any specific instructions.
Images can be black and white or full color. Size should be at least 800 x 800. If searching on google, please select large images only in your search. Once we receive your request, our staff will send you a full layout by email of your custom design for your approval prior to production. When you submit a custom design request, you are affirming that you have legal permission, or own the rights to use the artwork which is being submitted. Any design which is copyrighted, must include a letter of authorization from the copyright holder. American Freedom does not assume any responsibility for copyright violations. If a violation occurs, your information will be provided to the copyright holder.
All products are manufactured using a multiple color hard coat injection process. Unlike automotive paint, which is mixed to a specific color or paint code, our parts feature multiple layers of up to 12 different colors in each unique design. We cannot guarantee color matching to factory & custom motorcycle paint, as color accuracy isn't guaranteed. Due to the coloring process, in certain bright lighting conditions a metamerism may occur which may make some colors appear an altered shade or more vibrant than usual.
There will be no charge to submit your custom order request. Please select your product choice and upload your image, and please include any special instructions. Our Graphics team will email you proof of your custom design within (24) hours. Once your custom design is fully approved, we will provide you with a secure link to complete your purchase. * Please note that the "Free design Preview" is for camera ready artwork which require no graphics work or modification.
Pricing: Custom designs which can be used as submitted, requiring no modification are $24.95 in addition to the cost of the cover. Designs which require graphics work or any modification are priced at $50.00 per hour in addition to the price of the cover. Our graphics staff will provide you with a price quote upon request.
Custom orders take at least 7-10 days for production from when you place your order.
